BLQ Road Group is a non-profit road maintenance association, which encompasses 32 homeowners and 3 main roads; Buckhorn, Legacy and Quail.
Ray Paiz has been working this project for over a year, in close communication with Yavapai County, and other govt. offices as well as the Fire District of Peeple’s Valley.
Ray has worked diligently to bring this project to the local homeowners, so that the roads can be upgraded and therefore accessible by emergency vehicles when needed.
The initial project has been completed, and the project was a huge success! As of November of 2022, our community is now recognized as a Firewise Community. This is a phenomenal accomplishment, in such a short time, due to Ray and the community dedication to fire safety.
